pumpkin patch!

Today we went to a pumpkin patch- Mom said it was a "fall festival", but I was just on the lookout for a pumpkin. We've been talking about pumpkins at school this week and I was excited to get one! Check out the pictures...

Here I am with my friends Presley and Oscar... Mommy said I was having a bad attitude at this point. I was just tired and hungry. Mommy says that's a bad combo- I agree.

This is as close as Kolby got to the pumpkins... but she had fun anyway!

A backhoe at our house!!!

Yipee! We just got home from going to the tool store and there was a BACKHOE in front of our neighbors house! Mommy and I walked up to check it out and even met the XCel worker guys who had used it to dig a BIG HOLE! I got to talk to the guys and see the hole- they are working on a main line for the electricity around here. They were really nice and asked me what kinds of machines are my favorites! Backhoes and excavators, of course! So cool!

Rainy Day...

We had a fun rainy afternoon today- since I've been learning about the ocean at school, Mom got the movie "Finding Nemo" and we watched it... I really liked the turtles! Kolby didn't really watch the movie- she's too little- but she hung out with us. Here we are just chillin'...

1,2,3,4,5!

So, I am learning to count with my fingers. I'm really good at 1 & 2, ok at 3, 4 is hard because my thumb won't stay down, but 5 is like a "high 5"! Got it! And, I've had some practice with 5 lately because this week Kolby was 5 months old!

Kolby is eating rice cereal (it looks yucky, but Mom says I used to eat it- gross!), she "talks" a lot, plays in the exer-saucer (and I dance to the music!), we love to LAUGH together, and she got to go to YL camp last weekend while I went to Debby & Dida's.

Happy 5 months, Kolbs!

Cousins!

Here's Kolby and River hangin' out at Aunt Kelly's and Uncle Chris's...more pictures to come of the 2 of them at our house last week. They are silly and I wish they would hurry up and get big so they could play with me...

While they were hangin' out, I got to start school! I LOVE my school this year and my new teacher Ms Angela! So far I have painted, played with tractors and tools, had fun in the sand/playground, and enjoyed learning about water and the letter "A". School is fun!

4 months of Kolby!

Kolby has been busy getting bigger- she is 4 months old now, and I think she is so cute! She weighs 14lbs 10oz (1lb more than me when I was that age), and is 25in long- same as me at 4 months! She smiles and laughs alot, holds onto her toes and tries to eat them, rolls over, and started eating her baby cereal in the bumbo last week. I try to remind her not to get her hands messy and have fun watching her face get covered in cereal!

While she's been doing all that, I've been busy building forts with Daddy (see picture below) and today I hung out with my little cousin River!

A New Pool!

Debby found the coolest new pool for us to try! Here are some pictures of us last week... so much fun! I liked the fountains, and they had a playground IN the water! Kolby went too and wore her swimsuit for the 1st time!
